THE WOLD

 

 

The Wold is a group of 10 Properties all within a few minutes walk from each other sleeping a maximum of 66 people (including children).

The houses in The Wold are: Gatehouse (sleeps 6), Morland (sleeps 10), Gold Cup (sleeps 8), Goodwood (sleeps 6), St Leger (sleeps 10), Greenwood (sleeps 8), Renaissance Rooms (sleeps 8), Whistler Apartment (sleeps 2), Rubens Apartment (sleeps 2) and Raphael Rooms (sleeps 6).

The Renaissance Rooms are located in the main house set in a secluded spot within the Estate.

Prior to Arrival

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival. The property may be ready earlier than the normal 4pm checkin time. Please enquire a couple of days before. When you are circa 20 minutes from the property please call us on 01832 272264  / 07836207584

Personal Check-In

One of our team members will personally check you into the property, no matter what time it is. They will give you a quick run through on how to use the equipment in the property including heating etc and answer any questions you may have. We live on the Estate and are contactable 24hrs a day in the case of emergencies.

The Renaissance Rooms open out onto the former Main House (Ashton Wold House) gardens. The area marked pink on the map below shows the outdoor and garden area for the Renaissance Rooms.

Guests are welcome to use the garden furniture and loungers supplied. A beautiful peaceful spot to relax.

Many parts of the main gardens are in disrepair – guests must not go into these areas and must remain within the pink area. Guests also have the use of your very own hand built traditional Shepherds Hut located in the courtyard.
