A combination of three properties converted into luxury holiday accommodation. The Stables consists of the houses: St Leger, Goodwood and Gold Cup which combined will sleep a max. of 24 people in 11 bedrooms. Gold Cup has great open plan spaces and plenty of seating and table areas for the whole group.

*Please note Goodwood Rooms is a first floor apartment, it runs above Gold Cup and St Leger.
Gold Cup Rooms has the largest communal area with a good sized open plan kitchen and lots of seating when everyone wants to be together. The event / dining space will be open so you can all eat together. It has a large stable door leading out to the Stable courtyard which is the perfect place for a BBQ. There is lots of outdoor furniture and BBQ’s.

The Stables complex (which comprises 3 properties – Gold Cup, St Leger and Goodwood) is located adjacent to the historic cricket field and thatched pavilion. Please use the postcode PE8 5LF. Parking is to the front of the property (lookout for very large blue painted wooden arched doors) to the right.
Prior to Arrival

Personal Check-In
One of our team members will personally check you into the property, no matter what time it is. They will give you a quick run through on how to use the equipment in the property including heating etc and answer any questions you may have. We live on the Estate and are contactable 24hrs a day in the case of emergencies.

Guests have use of 3 large eight seater outdoor tables situated in the central shared courtyard. There is also a couple of bbqs (quests must supply their own charcoal).
You are welcome to sit / eat / picnic in the area in front of the houses under the trees and behind the houses is a cricket field – perfect for a game of rounders!
