THE PERFECT BACKDROP TO YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION
We welcome group bookings of up to 66 guests, including children, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive experience for all. Please note that we do not offer event space without accommodation. To maintain the privacy and integrity of our estate, all group events must be accompanied by sufficient lodging to accommodate the entire party. For example, if your group consists of 30 guests, you will need to reserve enough houses to comfortably sleep all 30 individuals. This policy allows us to provide the best possible experience for our guests while preserving the estate’s peaceful and intimate atmosphere.
Our beautifully appointed homes are arranged in clusters throughout the estate, accommodating groups of all sizes – whether you’re planning a wedding, hosting a corporate retreat, or celebrating a milestone birthday with friends and family. Strengthening relationships, fostering teamwork, reconnecting and creating lasting memories are what truly make an occasion special. Our architecturally important properties offer something special – comfortable and well equipped accommodation with the wonderful natural wildness of Ashton Estate right on your doorstep.

The Dairy
The Lady Rothschild Dairy consists of three houses around a central courtyard

The Lady Rothschild Dairy consists of three houses around a central courtyard plus a thatched cottage located next door. A central courtyard for your own use with outdoor furniture / umbrellas and across from that a field with more furniture, games and BBQs.
The Stables
The Lady Rothschild Stables consists of three houses converted from the original stables, with stunning interiors and original stable features. A central courtyard for your own use with outdoor furniture / umbrellas and BBQ’s.
The Wold
A number of unique holiday houses located in the central area of Ashton Wold and only a few minutes walk from each other. Each of the houses is unique and offers the opportunity for larger groups to stay together on the Estate.
The Wold & Oak Room
A number of unique holiday houses located in the central area of Ashton Wold and only a few minutes walk from each other. Each of the houses is unique and offers the opportunity for larger groups to stay together on the Estate. The Oak Room is a large oak panelled “mini ballroom” entertaining space. Please note the Oak Room can only be booked with accommodation.
